Don't have a barn? How about a Shed? Front Porch? Paint a Barn Quilt Saturday March 9th 9am-2pm

Paint a Barn Quilt Saturday March 9th

What's a Barn Quilt? A larger piece of wood painted to look like a quilt block. Typically they are very large and usually are placed on the exterior of a barn, house, garage or shed. Most barn quilts are painted with simple geometric shapes, like squares, rectangles and triangles. They usually are painted in solid colors. The simplicity in shape and the vibrancy of solid colors make these blocks easily seen from afar and easy to create. Don’t have a barn? A screen porch will do. No Experience is necessary for this workshop. All materials provided-you just need to get it home in your car.
