Have you got a pirate in your home, a viking, an inventor, an artist? This summer camp is a bit like time travel. Every day we will look at a time in history and create art passed on that time period. Monday will be all about Ancient Egypt and Ancient Greece, Tuesday will be the high seas, ships, hidden treasure and pirates AND vikings, Wednesday we will look at scientists and inventors, and Thursday we will think about famous artists. Projects include treasure maps, treasure making, pirate names and fake pirate props, hieroglyphs and sculpting, stem projects like DIY spinners and small inventions, and famous artist inspired art. Ages 6-9 and yes of course, dressing up for the day is encouraged. Monday -Thursday June 12th-15th 9am-Noon every day.
