Not your average workshop, this workshop is about creating the Nesting Dolls of your life. Peace... justice... empathy... nature... fun...family...friends

What is at your absolute, personal core? What motivates you? What ways of being make *your* heart sing? We will spend some time examining the content that streams through our lives. We will be led by Meg Rothstein, life coach enrolled as a student in UW’s Professional Life Coaching Certification program.

After some thoughtful imagining, each participant will be given a blank set of nesting dolls to customize. The outermost doll is your self-portrait doll: Your version of you. Each doll within will represent one of your core values. Your set of nesting dolls will be like no other and can serve as a powerful creative piece to take home after our afternoon together. No painting experience necessary!

Ages 14-Adult $65 per participant
