Nesting Dolls Workshop

Did you know that the first Russian nested doll set was made in 1890 by a folk craft painter in Russia.  Traditionally the outer layer is a woman,  The figures inside may be of either gender; the smallest, innermost doll is typically a baby turned from a single piece of wood. Join us Saturday Dec. 4th 1-4pm.  Make your own set of Nesting Dolls.  Snowmen, penguins, Star Wars characters, owls, peacocks, whatever your fancy.

$65 per project-Families can work together on one set
